Outdoor kiosk 1

Outdoor kiosk at upscale outdoor shopping area. The bulk and crane areas have "roll up" type doors that come down to cover them at night. I wonder how the agreement went to get the shopping area people to lock/unlock it for the operator. The vending co is in a town just over an hr from the location.

My guess is it's unlocked / locked by a grounds keeper who locks / unlocks public bathrooms, and may also be a general maintenance guy and janitor, etc. Could also be a security guy, or a leasing agent.
