  1. Go with the 24VAC VN2502 and the proper harness to interface to the board. In the future, you can convert it to MDB with just a harness change. A 110VAC is already obsolete
  2. Here's what the connector looks like. It's about the size and shape of an AA battery.
  3. Temperature adjustment is done with a small screwdriver through a hole in the front of the box. That machine is over 20 years old
  4. Have they tried adjusting the thermostat? It's in a power box mounted to the front of the cooling unit
  5. I just looked at the Coke programming manual. There are no provisions to activate/deactivate that feature.
  6. Check the coin mech. There's likely a dime fell through the space above the dispenser and is shorted to the board in the mech. If you laid the machine down when moving it I am certain this is what happened
  7. Since you are in Canada with large denomination coins, a card reader would be prudent.
  8. We have 10 or so of the 365 Pico devices on coolers in small locations. They have been relatively trouble free. On vending, we are 100% Nayax.
  9. Motor scan depends on the software revision. If your board goes into service mode when you open the door, press C then close the door to get motor scan. If you manually have to press the service mode button, press 1 time to enter service mode then close the door, or press and hold the door switch.
  10. In Nayax Core, go to operations/machines, click search to pull up all readers, then click on that reader. The 3rd line on the general tab is communication. Click that open then you'll see the carrier. Here's a screen shot:
  11. Make sure the door switch is working and triggers a motor scan when you close the door.
  12. The Nayax screen is usually a connectivity issue. Check your signal strength, it should be ideally higher than 18. Replacing/relocating the antenna could help. Is the antenna on the outside of the machine? If the carrier is AT&T, it will respond well to a high gain antenna.
  13. You likely need to link the Nayax reader to your Parlevel point of sale.
