  1. Mike, this is the message I have: "Per our previous emails and a posted notice inside of Seed Live, Three Square Market, and Yoke customer facing applications, we need your attention to complete necessary updates to your Cantaloupe account records. Please be advised, if you have not updated your account information as requested by March 18, 2024, Cantaloupe may be required by our processor to take action in suspending services for your account until the information is provided." And there is a link to "Access Form Here" but I am hesitant to click on it.
  2. In a cold food machine if the temperature exceeds a certain limit for enough time the machine shuts down until the operator re-sets it. I'm pretty sure the fridge door in a micro market doesn't have that feature, but perhaps I'm wrong.
  3. Costco Business Center recently started carrying Baken-ets in the 64 count LSS package.
  4. I'm just saying I like what I do. Sorry you took it wrong.
  5. If you're having trouble finding Skittles that's an easy thing to explain to your customer: 'I'm still looking, when I can get them I'll put 'em in'. Gee.
  6. I don't know, I'm fine with someone letting me know the Poptarts are sold out. And that they'd like to see 2 columns of Skittles instead of one. Even if they say it took their money it's an opportunity to provide excellent service, i.e. "Sorry about that .... here's your money back.... do you mind telling me what happened so I can fix any problem there might be?". Anything that's showing interest in my machines is a good thing to me. And so what, your customers got a few items at your cost for once, your bad and we've all done it. When they ask why prices went up, again it's just a matter of 'inflation is hitting everything' or whatever. If I had a job at a worthwhile location I'd totally do the vending there.
  7. I don't think moving the pusher would change anything, it pushed the item off. The heavy Snickers just fell in an inconvenient place. And by the way, candy is at 1.75 at that location now. We have to, right?
  8. Snickers at 2.25? I'm in So. Cal. and I think I recently saw them at a C-store for 1.49. I'm at 1.50 and 1.75. Bold of you to charge that much, I hope your sales don't suffer.
  9. You're going to want to raise most of the prices in the snack machine.
