  1. I'm not vending this but look local for a distributor that has to do with hotels. Cause these types of warehouses can stock the 1.1 coffees. If you have found it localy and a local supplier won't play ball, try to talk to the truck drvers. They take home extra or expired product.
  2. Any update? I've not had much luck getting any ATM locations in the southeast. Been doing mostly bulk and pool tables since 2016. I'm not doing much vending these days though.
  3. My first route I purchased was like this but it was only 100 machines and I pulled or resold 75% of them. I learned that you can profit off a route like this but from reselling locations. My worst location was a scuba shop that moved $1 a month! I would not buy a route today unless the operator did racks and/or toys. I think that's a sign of a potentially decent route. Hard to trust people's numbers.
  4. I'm dealing with this now as well. Over the last 4-5 years my local one dropped all candy except gumballs, then all regional Sam's dropped candy. Now it seems gumballs are gone and I think I'm giving it up. Lower margins since covid. Doing limited vending these days anyway. I'd like to get back into it but it's just not the profit it was when I started in 2016.
  5. How best to choose an ISO? I've been wanting to add ATM for a few years now and this has been our biggest issue. I wish I could talk to someone who actually operates these things and would be willing to tell me exactly what they do.
  6. We are moving away from bulk except for racks only. And I want to downsize our machine stock as we basically phase out bulk entirely. I have collected a number of machines over the past few years of good to average quality. The biggest problem is that I have a very small amount of keys for them. So i would need to buy new keys (expensive) or get them made if that is even possible. We also need to retain some of these keys for locations we still have active. What do yall think I should do? Sell as a lot? Or break up the machines and sell as parts? Maybe take to an auction somehow? I have about 20 Seaga, 20-30 Beaver, and a few A&A.
  7. $75 is a great deal if they are in working order. Compare it to the price of new ones its practically free. I tried for a while to get locations for bathroom vending but either never could get anyone to agree to try it or they already had a large regional company doing it. I eventually talked to a guy who did it and he said that they move very very slow.
  8. It's amazing to me that you are bringing in that much per week with this business. I've never had any interest in honor boxes because I assumed they didn't bring in that much money but it seems like you are doing great. What's your mile radius for your locations? And about how many miles do you drive per week?
