I wanted to let everyone know of the experience I had with Shawn and Riverbend locators. I put my order in on Thursday and they gave me a location today (and that was over labor day weekend). They sent me emails on a daily basis to let me know the status of my order and came through with what looks like a promising location. I have to say that I really liked being kept up to date with what was going on with my account. I'm dropping off the machine tomorrow.

I had the same kind if experience with them. Rob sent me to this detailing place and the owner said something like this: I told the guy on the phone this place would be bad. No one waits here, I have no employees, and I hate candy. But, you can put it here. So I emailed Rob and he apologized and got us another spot (not a whole lot better sharing space w two other machines). But, why send someone to such a horrible spot? I'll just keep locating my own. Lol!!!

I call them and pester them after I place an order. Just call them a few times a day and the be really pleasant when you talk to them. It's worked so far for me.

I just got a great location from Gale and the LRU team.

All of my machines (20) are now placed. How's this for luck though: I go to place my last double head Northwestern and the manager says, "Hey you got any more machines you can put in here?" (It's a large Mexican restaurant with no vending competition). I've got to find some more machines and lock this one down. Any suggestions?

Got my best location back today (lost it due to ants). I have to wait until it cools down to place it again but that's better than nothing. It helps to go to church with the boss...lol!!!
