  1. That machine is presently in storage....but i am just going to order a new harness and emitter and detector that sits hidden away on the left and right side of the delivery box. If that does not solve the problem i will get the board repaired at vendors exchange for 49 bucks.....so all good. I hope this helps!
  2. UPDATED. I called George at vendo tech support. He had me remove panel at bottom of the vending machine. Removed light/ballast white and black wire harness. Pushed in door switch....no tripping. This indicates the ballast was bad. I am currently operating the machine without lights. All good now.
  3. I have a vendo 721 live display. As soon as I plug the machine in, the GFCI trips.....I reset...... same problem. I did place a few wet cans in the vendor before this started. The cans were placed in column 10...far left. Any suggestions, should i chop the GFCI off and do with out?
  4. Refrigerated combo. The error on the display reads SENSOR DISCONNECTED. Is this error referring to the Left and Right sensors mounted on the side of the delivery area? How do you fix this problem?
  5. Hello,

Would you happen to know how to re-attach the left traveler back to the carrier?   I have an RVV500 and yesterday I saw this at the bottom of the vertical rails.

I'm desperate to fix this because the cup sometimes hit the cells and failed to vend.

Any helpful advice is highly appreciated.

  6. 1)))I have a 942 which is a rebadged 673 loose ground coffee machine. After a BREWER rinse i notice the filter paper is soaked to the point where the brewer wheels can't move the filter paper into the trash can. Why is this happening? The filter screen APPEARS clean, can this screen be removed for cleaning? 2))))I changed the eaton water valves. Do i need to lubricate the RED "O" rings? Is there an alternative to eaton valves? 3))))I also have a 484 combo....ERROR "ABC H" appears? Do I need a new keypad membrane? All the button selections alpha/numeric appear on the screen when pressed, but it tells me to make another selection after I insert coins.
  7. Does any person have a cooling deck for this. This machine came to me without a compressor, evap, condenser or any cooling parts....does any person have any parts for this?
  8. I just received 3 x 630d coffee machines and 1 x 670d coffee machines. 1) These machines are pretty much identical..correct? 2) What parts would you replace, update, modify first? 3) What are the common problems? Can i still get parts?
  9. I just received 2 crane 431D shoppers. What would you fix first, replace, update. These machines will vend only Mr.Noodles so health control is not required....in fact i won't even use the cooling system.
  10. So the 472 has 4 temp sensors? Let me know I take possession of a 472 in 42 days!
  11. I would also do a "look" "listen" and "feel" on the compressor to check if it is operating/running when the temp display reads between 18-21...if it is running your fan inside the machine way not be working/moving air around for whatever reason...I think it is called the evap fan. Is this machine a new, or used? I always chop those GFCI's off they cause all kinds of electrical problems, frickin Chinese crap!
  12. Might sound like a stupid question.......but have you checked the machine's DIAGNOSTICS? If you call crane tomorrow ask for Tim, he is the Dixie Narco specialist! Did you buy this machine new or used?
  13. Check the side of the machine next time you are restocking the unit. Check the tag on the left side and verify if it is a 720 or 721!
  14. You should verify if you have a Vendo 720 or Vendo 721 live display. On the left side of the door there will or should be a metal 2 inch x 5 inch plate with all the info. The plate will say BASIC UNIT, SERIAL NUMBER, MODEL, POWER REQUIREMENTS and AMPERAGE. The Vendo 721 will have metal sliding product retainers for each column. These metal sliders move up and down to allow cans or bottles to be placed inside the vendo 721. The vendo 720 does NOT have these vertical "sliders". When the vendo 720 has cans in it, there should be virtually little movement of the cans to the left/right and fore/aft. If you are getting alot of left/right movement or freeplay with the can, then your CAN SHIM is missing, installed incorrectly or has fallen down. When the vendo 720 has cans in it there should be no fore/aft movement of the cans.....if there is, you need to move the BACKSPACER so it is 1/8 of an inch or pinky fingers distance between the last/far/ back can and the backspacer. The gauge bar on a vendo 720 should have 2 white shims, placed before the bar's hump with angulation to the right, the gauge bar should be straight as possible if not replace. The gauge bar should be placed in position 2 ( middle) at the back and front of the machine. Hook end of bar goes to the back. The drop chute should have a smooth vinyl coat, with no bubbles......the vinyl does bubble up over time. If you run your hand along the chute from back to front, side to side...there should be no air bubbles. The updated can chute from vendo is all metal with no vinyl! If the vendo 720 is dropping cans from multiple columns at the same time then your motor harness needs to be replaced along with the failing motors. It is important to replace harness and motor at the same time.....trust me! Last, check the motor setting, number 3 should be displayed in the top left quadrant of the round disc. You can call Sanden Vendo tech support, they are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. I used to have a Vendo set up guide, unfortunately I am a Windows 10 victim. Good luck I hope this helps.
