I am very new to the whole world of vending, I just bought my first machine a week ago. Got lucky, just about everything works on it. The only issue I’ve run into, is I can’t get it into service mode with the toggle button. I can feel the button depress, and everything else works. Is the button bad, board bad, or am I missing a step? Please Help 🙏

Hi all. 👋 I just bought a used V540 and am at a loss of how to set up the machine properly. I am looking for a manual, any idea where I can find one? All I can find is stuff about the v-max, but that is not the same thing right?

Thank you to anyone taking there time to see this post and help. I recently acquired a Royal Vendors Merlin 3 Coke front machine someone junked, and I'm trying to see if I'm able to fix it. It has many problems that I will list out here- 1. The screen doesn't turn on or light up at all 2. The main lights don't turn on (they may be dead, in the video you can see the left light flickering) 3. Missing coin eject button (I have seen these for sale, if anyone knows a site I should buy it from that would be great) 4. Door switch is disconnected, If anyone can tell me how/link a video on how to reconnect it that would be amazing 5. The bolt that the T-handle drills into is loose, resulting in a lock that is almost impossible to close (not the biggest issue as it still works, but just an inconvenience. All of these are demonstrated in the video that is linked with this post, any help at all would be great, Thank you all! Also if you need any additional information to help diagnose this machine, just ask and I will provide. Hello all, I am new to this, and am looking for assistance with getting this machine to dispense. The compressor and cooling works great. The data tag says it’s a Vendo V132. The Coinco change counter model is an S75-9800B and has 1982 stamped on it. I changed the price to 5¢, and I can get it to accept coins. I’ll hear a relay click on, then immediately back off, but it will not dispense a can. I emptied the first selection column of cans, and saw that the “Sold Out” bulb illuminates momentarily when the relay clicks. The bulb does not stay on, and I cannot make a selection. There does not seem to be much info across the internet on this machine at all. I’m a mechanic, so I am familiar with electrical diagnosis and repairing things. I have plenty of photos, but I’m new here and don’t know how to make it allow me to attach more

Hey everyone, I am a first time vending machine owner and I am having some issues with my Royal 804/9. I switched from cans to bottles recently, as per request of the client, and I've been having issues ever since. I set the depth to one deep, I adjusted the product stop so it is the larger of the two, and I adjusted the spacers so that the drinks are held correctly. I also have the plastic pads to prevent bottle bridging. The three images included are the three different bottle shapes that I am using to vend. I realized I was having issues when I started to test vend each column. Most of the columns have the same issues, but some are more frequent then others. Sometimes nothing would vend, other times one, two or even 3 items would vend out. I checked the drop sensor and it is working and functional. It seems as if the bottles are getting stuck as they are about to be dropped. If anyone knows anything about this please respond. If you need me to send pictures of What is going wrong I can do that too. Thank you everyone who assists me!

Myself and a coworker have been searching for a vending machine. We found one over seas brand new built to our specs. However, when inquiring about coins, they say it can except nickels, dimes, quarters and dollar coins...HOWEVER when it comes to dispensing change, only one coin value is possible. This seems super strange as neither of us have ever used a vending machine where this is the case. Feedback please:)

hi All, im new to this group so please bear with me if i do something wrong.. we have a jetsort machine that is coming up with "pwr fail table error". We cannot seam to clear the error whatever we do...i have cleaned the bed and sensors (maybe???....as they are green in colour...im not sure if they are supposed to be???)...would really appreciate any advice i could get as counting £20000 pound coins by hand is absolutely sole destroying... many thanks. Phil.

Coinmec was reset to factory settings, now is reading "credit" to quaters and nickles (the denomination is is programmed to hold) . If i put in a dollar coin or dollar bill ot will give exact change but if I put in a quarter it will shoot straight back out and give no credit.

I have a crane 167 snack machine. It started reading temporary out of service after some one hit the machine. We tried disabling the machine , changing the coin mech and the bill acceptor. Nothing lookss visibly broken but the machine is still reading temporarily out of service. The lights dont read an error. The key pad is fully functional Everything seems to be in order except the temporary out of service message.

I have no idea what locks are needed for the panels. Or everywhere else for that matter.. please help. I linked a picture that shows the locks for the front panel.. I just don't know where to look online.

A couple of the rows are showing sold out even when they are filled with product, they test vend but when trying to purchase one it says sold out. I've seen on other threads that I should adjust the back spacers, which I'll do, but if there is anything else I'd like to hear. Also, 16.9 oz sprite bottles, farthest back spacer, 2 deep, no gauge clips has it where 1 falls out, the next vend it clicks and nothing, then the third vend 1 falls out and repeats. -
The Vendo 511 has lights that work and a compressor that works, but I can't get it to turn on to access settings and have it be usable. Maybe the problem is that I plugged the machine into a low wattage power supply. Never got to see if it turned on in the first place so I'm not sure if this is the issue, but would like to know if this is a common problem. Heard the fan sound for a split second and then it turned off (did this a few times). Also it is leaking after leaving the machine on. For stacking cans, it says the back spacer should be at 8 and 3 deep, but that only fits 2 cans + vertical cans. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do 2 rows then stack a few vertically or if I should move the back spacer to accommodate 3 cans. And, not sure if each row should be facing a certain direction (I know in some machines one row faces forward while the other backwards, in the manual for Vendo it shows the cans lined up on the gauge bar facing back so guessing that is what it is)

I've been told that I have to put gage clips in certain positions to have drinks vend properly. There are different color gage clips but in my machine the only ones I have are white, and they were difficult to remove (I couldn't remove them, maybe with more force).

Hi, I've got myself in a situation. I have a Vendo 511 that is going to be moved into an apartment complex tomorrow, and didn't buy the correct voltage portable power supply to turn it on (there are no outlets in the unit). I've got to adjust the columns for the different drinks and want to finish programming after it reaches the location but before then want to work on all the parts that do not involve programming. This involves adjusting back spacers, shims, gage position and "com" position. These last two gage bar and "com" position I'm not sure about and have been looking for an answer. Also it says on this manual that I have to change 4 things (back spacer, shims, gage bar, com) but I've heard about product spacers on the bottom too so what's the deal with those? My main questions are: How do you adjust the gage position? How do you adjust the com position? Do you need to adjust the product spacers for 7+, 7- inches even though it doesn't talk about it here?

First time buying parts here for my first machine. The machine is the Automatic Products 6600 / AP6600 and I want to make it compatible with Nayax preferably. I'm just curious where do you guys buy the parts/kits for this from? And what exactly are the parts that I need? I know I'd need to upgrade the board, the bill acceptor and coin mech but is there anything else? -
Hi all, Noob here just starting out. I bought my first machine from a garage sale. (Dixie narco 501e) I have a location ready for this soda machine but they want a snack machine too. What is a good website to buy refurbished machines? And if you can give some trusted brands both for soda and snack machines it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! I just bought a Royal 660-9 will it be able to vend the 16.9 oz Poland spring bottles or will I need to buy the 16 oz bottles made for vending. Also does anyone know how to buy those?

I have recentally found a old Astro Oak vending machine and restored it and cleaned it. I bought Gumballs that fit in the wheel, but while vending with all the gumballs put into the machine (about 150) I’ve noticed if I put in 25 cents, many gumballs will come out sometimes.I’ve adjusted the wheel by unscrewing the Three Phillips head screws multiple times and rearranging them but I can’t figure it out. Some help would be greatly appreciated and I will attach some photos! Thank you in advance

Hello guys recently i bought a Ap studio 1 snack machine. When i got the machine everything checked out good. But now im having a few problems. With the coin mechanism full and working it said “use exact change” with putting in a dollar and trying to buy a 75 cent selection it shot the money out. But then i put the dollar back in and selected the 75 cent selection again and then it worked and even gave me change back. Another problem i ran into is that the bill acceptor is only accepting 1 dollar. I putt all the selections to 2 dollars to test it and it still only accepted one dollar then the green light turned off and it would not accept anymore money. I tried for the coin mech to flush everything out and buy products with a empty coin mech but it didnt work. So if anyone can help that will be greatly appreciated. Seems like the vending repair people around me dont know what to do. -

I am returning a Seaga OD16S and cannot figure out what size rivets were used for the machine. Also where can I find parts for replacements? I’ve tried Stlvendingparts.biz, but they never answer the phone or call back. Their website accepts orders, but they never actually go through. any help would be appreciated.

I am very new to this. I need to say first that I fully admit I am an idiot. I have a Seaga sm22. I was hooking the wires to the ports on the control board and back of the inside while it was plugged in. (like I said, idiot). I smelled something hot and the display started scrolling random characters (see photos). The light on the control board stays red. Did I fry my board or is it something else. How can I further diagnose it?

I live in California and have decided to start a vending machine business. I have done a lot of research already but could use some tips if possible. I know that I need a license to have a vending machine in California. Also how much do you need to pay to allow your vending machine to stay at a place? Is it a percentage of your monthly sales where your vending machine is located or a certain amount? Do I just contact owners and ask if I can leave my vending machine there and then offer him a business deal? I am new to the business and would appreciate anything you have to say.
