Hi,

a normal beaver machine is around 100 USD, a double head is around 180 USD and a triple headed would be around 250 USD. The Triton is almost 600 USD!!!! Why would someone buy a Triton???

If lets say I can get around 15 USD with the single head, around 25 USD with a double headed and 30-35 with a triple headed, will I get 60 USD with a Triton???

People who have both a Triton and a single headed please share

Thanks.

If you're buying new, then the question I would ask is why would anyone buy a Beaver of any variety? They're great machines, don't get me wrong, I have some, but they're expensive. Unless it's a really prime location, I would not buy a new Beaver machine. Used Beavers? Definitely, if the price is right. I have only purchased two new machines and they were A&A. I've been happy with them so far.

As for the Triton, I think it's meant for premium locations like movie theaters, grocery stores, etc., where you need a really nice, really eye catching machine. I'm guessing the high price reflects the low sales volume of that particular model.

Don´t get me wrong, Beaver machines are not that expensive and they are eye catching machines. (SB and RB models)

I would say: why buy another machine, when u can get a beautiful and attractive machine for a little more money?

They are for good locations NOT 7 dollar a month charity stops. Some locations require certain brand and style machines based on the contract. I really don't think that this should have to be explained.

For the majority of locations out there, brand new A&A machines are attractive enough at a good price point. It would have to be a really great location for me to invest in Beaver machines. Heck, a lot of locations don't even justify new A&A machines, I have plenty of locations where older Northwesterns, A&As, and Oaks are doing a great job making money.

You got me thinking!!!! Will Oaks, Northwesterns and A&A make as much money as Beavers?? Are these as durable as Beavers??

Beaver Triton is accessible from all sides, versus just three Beaver heads on a stand.  If you think about it, you see these types of units in malls.  Reasoning?  They're placed in the center between the store entrances so that you can access from every angle.  You can't just shove a Triton in a corner.  It's a specialty machine designed for specific locations; it's not the type of machine to have on hand and locate, like you would the three Beavers on a stand example.

They're probably all owned by the same vendor...it's pretty stupid to shove them in a corner because you can't access one unit that way.
