GagesVending Posted April 12, 2014 Share Posted April 12, 2014 Hmm...Something's wrong. Did you check to make sure that your wheel is aligned properly? Mini gumballs shouldn't be an issue with a candy wheel. You should expect a 1-3 piece difference in vends, but nothing like what you're describing. FrCorey Posted April 12, 2014 Share Posted April 12, 2014 also, you know different wheels are for different products like, are you trying to vend gumballs in a candy wheel? hmm, I forget what rhinos had in them, I think you also had to have the right plate also on top of the wheel. this brushed off the top of the wheel so products wouldn't jam, and also kept extras from dropping in the wheel. When the machine is filled half or less it dispenses normally, so I think the wheel will do just fine as I test the mech with no gumballs in it. dromero Posted April 12, 2014 Author Share Posted April 12, 2014 GAGESVENDING: I aligned the wheel properly last time I serviced and it still happened the same thing. But if the machine is filled up to half or less its capacity it works just fine. FrCorey: yes im trying to vend small gumballs in candy vending wheels, but the reason I dont vend candy is that the minimum hole in a Rhino candy vending wheel is huge, so that means that if I put candy there I would be dispensing more than 10 candies: not good!
