TKK

Recommended Posts

Just for fun I got some tshirts from a local dept store that rhymes with Kohls Department Store that has Pepsi, coke, dew and drr pepper screened on them. They were cheap enough that if they get too worn they get thrown out. In winter I put a long sleeve under them.

Arkhusker is right about another t shirt under, which also camoflages sweat stains!!!

My shirts I wear is made up of 100% cotton.

Until you out in the middle of the swamp in 95 degree and 100% humidity  with no breeze, then you will know what sweating is!

And wouldn't you know, we get such high humidity here in southwest Ohio and it often reaches the 90's during the summer yet we have no swamps.  That's because of the valley we live in though.  Humidity just gets stuck here and makes it hard to breathe.  The GOOD thing is that humidity levels never go over 100% :-).

It's funny though because I once met a guy at the Houston Airport.  I stepped outside and noticed that it was nice and hot outside and I asked him if this was normal or if it gets much hotter and he said something along the lines of "Yeah, it gets pretty hot here in Texas, you probably aren't used to that since you're from Ohio."  I laughed at him and told him that we get EVERY kind of weather in Ohio.  A hurricane even made it to us a few years ago!

I have been to the state of Ohio AngryCris, I liked it. I found the weather cooler and not so humid and not to many people had central ac units on their house. We drove there for weekend for a drag race. This was in the late 90's.

If it can snow in south LA, I don't see why a hurricane want visit!

Yeah, Ohio isn't particularly known as being hot, cold, humid, or dry. It's known to be whatever the weather decides on a day by day basis. That means heatwaves in March and Blizzard conditions in the winter or any other possibility for that matter.

Are you going to introduce me to some fine Louisiana cuisine if I ever travel to Cajun Land?

Cajun u should sell alligator jerky

Sell anything like that is looking for trouble, like selling illegal shine!

Heck, when we was selling nutria meat, the state and fed's shut us down because it was not regulated and wanted their cut of the money!

Phuckers! Anybody want to buy some shine! ;D  ;D

That's because most other folks won't eat road kill..,,, :)

Nothing wrong with road kill!

I'm still kicking, the deal is if it smells worst than your feet, not eatable!

;D  ;D  ;D
