dromero
Hi, What are the reasons you purchase insurance for? I know machines get stolen or vandalized, what about a kid chocking on candy is this something you would be sued for??
amc-vending
yes it is - one of the main reason for the insurance. As far as getting stolen or vandalized, you will probally be better of not filing a claim.

That means also that if buy corn flakes and I choke on them then I can sue cornflakeS? or if I go to a restaurant and I choke on food then I can sue the restaurant? Can you please show me the law where this is written??

Apparently you are not familiar with the American legal system and it's over-worked courts. They handle frivolous lawsuits daily. And defending yourself against the low-lives that sue for ridiculous reasons can be costly. Sadly, sometimes those filing outrageous lawsuits even WIN. dkochan
How about a sticker machine falling on a kid because the stand broke. (This happened to me). I was subsequently contacted by a lawyer hired by the mother of the the kid who got injured. Thankfully, I have insurance so, State Farm is dealing with the lawyer.
