I have place hundreds of bulk vending machines, so I am sue I can do it, but it woould be nice to hear from people that alreaqdy have. wildmanne39
I just take the box in with me and ask them if I can place the box in their business to raise money for breast cancer research. My wife and I placed 16 more yesterday so we placed 26 in two days withoiut working hard or spending all day doing it. She had never placed anything before and does not like to talk to people but it was still easy for her.
FrCorey
it's rough. I lost like 60% a month when I did it. I even saw people taking stuff and walking to their desks without paying. they mean well, like, I have no money now but will get them on payday. then forget of course. rcr
Hi Everyone I'm new to this site and have a question. I came across Sheridan's website and the Cancer charity boxes. Does anyone have any feedback or comment on a realistic expectation for how much money you can make with this type of program? Their ad states $400 to $1000 a month part-time, but does not say how many boxes you need to generate this kind of income. Appreciate any advice. Thanks RCR
wildmanne39
I just started the cancer charity boxes and they are averaging better then my vending machines. I believe 100 boxes will do way better then that in profit but you have to watch theft.
treadmill
I have heard that the average for the mint honor boxes is around $18 per box per month. With that being said I have locations doing $5 per month and I have locations doing $20 per month as well as a few locations doing $100+ per month. The key is to keep your shrinkage in check. If you don't, then this will become a losing proposition for you.
wildmanne39
Treadmill do you have any advice for keeping shrinkage low?
treadmill
Treadmill do you have any advice for keeping shrinkage low? Not really. Just when the location has more shrinkage than money coming in on a consistent basis for a couple of monthly cycles is when I pull the box and chalk it up as a loss. Dreaded13
What is shrinkage? What is shrinkage?
Spragues Vending
What is shrinkage? What is shrinkage? Shrinkage is the loss of the product you put in your boxes. For example, if you put ten mints in your box to sell and I steal one that is considered shrinkage.

What are you putting in them? Just wrapped mints, or peppermint patty mints? I locate these for customers, but never asked how each individual product did! LOL! I'm thinking about doing what your doing and using them as an addition to the bulk route!

wildmanne39
I use pearson mints because I can not get york from sams club where I live. I also use blow pops, hershey mini's, twix, snickers the small ones. You will find that you have to service these boxes a lot more often then bulk vending machines, but they are making a lot more money then my bulk machines. All the product I mentioned I sell 3 for a dollar except the blow pops are 50 cents each.
