raquel
Finally meeting with the seller of a route this week, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to purchase it. What kind of sales contract should be used when purchasing a vending route? My plan is to have it financed by the seller.
FrCorey
How about. if the route is mostly antique crap I get a refund.
Wonder Vend
Make sure they aren't going to just take the locations from you and leave you with their busted machines. Not sure how you would word that in a contract or if that kind of thing happens but that would be pretty low down if it did. Edit: some kind of non-compete clause
FrCorey
yep, that too. what if they get the vending bug again?
musser
Your agreement should have several parts, the actual purchase agreement, a non compete clause, the financing agreement, a detailed list of exactly what you are buying listing each location and the equipment. You can get some ideas by going to nolo.com.
