A store that is a franchise (different owners). I just got beat by my speedy competitor who dropped a nice 9 way rack by the exit and I was about to speak to the store manager this thursday about doing the same. The store manager is near impossible to actually talk to in these places so getting a decision maker seems impossible. How do you guys get to them?
