I have a old changer that i want to put back out and the key is misplaced, i have the key number written down and its a american changer ace lock for t handle.. I need to order another key and called american changer and they said 5-6 weeks!!! there has gotta be a place i can get one sooner. Chances are it's an American Changers house number, but I can't imagine why it would take 5-6 weeks to ship one to you. Maybe they still use the Pony Express, or maybe the Alligator Express (I think they're based in Florida). Even if they have to go to a locksmith to cut a copy they could ship it tomorrow.
