rodney69
Here is a bulk rack business for sale in PA. I figured someone might be interested. It's just shy of 30 locations and for 30,000. It's on eBay right now. Looks pretty good. Just saw it and thought someone might be interested. 261569861326 this is the item number
pjvend
The $$ price seems , to me, to be WAY to high.
musser
Depends on gross sales. Pretty low if each stop does $200 a month.
rodney69
I'm not sure. It's not for me to buy. I'm in Oregon. I was just letting others know. They are all northwestern out looks like and 29 locations at 30% Com
musser
Its all about the money they make. If they don't make much, less than 100 a month lets say, they may not be worth much more than used machine price. If they are exceptional locations you are paying for the future income. I have bought a lot of routes that had exceptional sales with crappy equipment. I put in good equipment and toss the junk.
rodney69
I just read it again! Only 1000 gross! That's too high! Some off the makings are spirals, 5 of them. I wouldn't do it.
TWvend
I find it hard to believe he is clearing a grand a month on those locations. So, with a quick look at it I'd figure its worth 9- 10 K tops.
musser
Now that makes a difference! Not even worth the bother of looking at. Used price minus the cost of picking them up. They would need to be in very good shape!
BorderJerry
From the ad: "gross receipts are approximately $1000 per month, NOT including commission" So with commish and sales tax the most optimistic estimate would be about 1500 per month, so the route is priced about twice what it should be....assuming he has sales receipts to prove sales. We have never had much luck in mini-mart type locations - restaurants usually do twice the sales.
