huynhhh
I just bought 16 beaver heads and 3 single stands for 450$.. Not a bad deal, not the best.. But upon coming home I realize that these are US mechs... I know because the guy told me he had these in the states and he came over here, and I didn't think about the mech currency.. So now I'm sitting in my garage with these heads... Is there any way to convert the currency..? The guy told me these are .50cent mechs but I have no evidence of this (only one opening) I feel cheated .. Rookie mistake
Hillbilly
Probably the only thing different is the coin wheel and maybe the pawls. Call Beaver and find out. They can easily be changed.

Makes Cents
Just a thought but may I suggest slowing down, learning more and possibly buying smaller quantities from trusted suppliers, Beaver, NW, Oak, A&A. Pay the tax, custom fees, place them and buy more. Better to spend a little extra and know you are getting quality, dependable machines.

Ive had a lot of success in auto shops.. They don't care but they say the foot trafic is bad.. So I didn't really bother too much.. I have 10 stands and have located 2 stands already. And I also got a go ahead to a franchise called "No Frills" in January (just opened, and have to follow protocol for 6 months) and he said he wouldn't mind having one in the front and wasn't reluctant to have one in a break room aswell (there was atleasr 10 workers working at a time...) did a bit of research I appreciate your info tho and will listen Crap. You paid $28 each so you didn't loose much.. Came with 3 beaver stands tho.. Had beaver on it so I know it's real..

You can also relist them. What we consider low quality, will be someone else's high quality! Look at uturns, all similar issues, people still buy them for top dollar!
