Polyven 6632M help

Oblivion

Recommended Posts

Hello,

I am new to vending and this forum, recently purchased a polyvend 6632m machine for $200. Came with key but no manual. Tested the coin and dispensing mechanism and both work, did not test the bill acceptor though.

The machine had not been used for at least two years and prices need to be changed, Can anybody tell me how to change prices it or has a pdf manual to share, please?

Thank you very much

Welcome to the forum, Oblivion.

I just uploaded a copy of the manual you need to the Downloads section of the forum, under the Manuals sub-section.  It needs to be approved by a moderator before it will be available for you to view.  Keep checking back to see when it's available for you to download to your computer and then if you have any other questions you can post them here.

You have to pull the drawer switch at the back, then press the mode button (bottom of the three) then press the letter and number of the selection. The price will increase and or decrease with each press or hold of the number button. Let off and re-apply button to change price in the opposite direction.

To change the prices on a Polyvend 6000 series machine first you have to open the service door & pull the slide out drawer on the right side of the machine (as you are facing it) to reveal the Program Chart Decal which will give you the options to change the prices along with various service mode functions.

NOTE: You will need to press & hold in the Interlock Switch (see pic below)  the entire time you are setting the prices so that the drawer gets power while you are changing the prices.

The Interlock Switch is the button on the left of the picture below

The Control Board has a red service button on it that you have to press to enter service mode. After pressing the red Service Mode button then just follow the programming instructions on the Program Chart Decal shown above

Actually you can save yourself some trouble by doing as arkhusker said and PULL the plunger out from that switch so that it stays out for as long as you are programming the machine. This turns the 24v on to the logic board, coin mech and bill validator which allows you to enter the programming. Once finished you can push the sliding panel back in which puts the machine back in service.

The guy I bought the two PolyVend machines I own from did not have a manual so when he showed me how to change the prices he said you have to press & hold the button in, so that's how I've been doing it for the past three years.  Now that you've made the manual available I see on page 10 that it shows an arrow indicating that you can pull the Interlock Switch out to set the prices do I've been doing it the hard way for as long as I've owned the machines .

While were on the subject of this machine I need a couple of parts for my PV6640.

The first of which is one of these motors for one of the candy trays (I uploaded more pictures to the gallery)

The other part I need are two of the feet that go in the bottom of the machine. Pages 35 & 36 of the manual refer to them as #25 leg levelers

I have that motor in stock and I have levelers on a spare machine in my shop. I can send you two of them.

After speaking with you about the Leg Levelers I took one off the machine to get its measurement (like you suggested) & ended up not needing one because I was able to use a carriage bolt in its place.

  • 3 months later...

Thank you for posting the manual for Polyvend 6632. I'm trying to buy a machine for the Bikini Bar I work at, and I'm completely new to this. My choices are between the Polyvend 6633 and Ap111. If any body has an opinion as to which of these two they feel is a better buy, please let me know. Thanks.
