A "guesstimate" on what these machines are worth?

He's already dropped his price from $15k to $12.5K.  The price is only for the machines, no location.  I already have one BevMax 3 that I really like that I paid $2,100 for but I don't know anything about the AP machines.

Thanks in advance for any feedback!

I'm thinking he might be a little steep especially for all four at once.  Right now he's north of 3K per machine and I think 10K for all four would be about right

That's a tough call.  Even at 10K you're still paying $2500 for each which is too much for the AP 123 and the 320 frozen.  The 320 will be a bare cabinet slaved to the 123 so it's worth about $1000-1500, the 123 is worth $1200-1500 in location-ready condition around here.  It's your call on what you give for the Bev 3s.  You could wait him out or make a deal now at what won't be a desperate price.  It really depends on how hard it is to find good equipment up there, and this is good equipment if you need it.  At any rate, this equipment will last a long time, and you already understand the Bev 3s, which is saying a lot!

I think 10k or less is a fair deal.  I got my bevmax 2 for $2200 but I had to put an additional $900 into it including a refurbish job (after I bought it) and a new cup.  Call it roughly $3000 to turn it sort of into a bevmax 3.

I feel that the bevmaxes with the CC readers are worth $3,000 each while the AP 320 and AP 123 are probably worth about $3,000 together based off of what AZVendor said.

I wouldn't pay any more than $10,000 unless you really NEEDED this kind of equipment and you didn't want to pay for brand glassfronts, snack, and food machine.

Keep in mind that you could also spend around $12,000 on three new AMS combo machines that will do everything that all of those machines will do.
