I plan to change locks on a few cranes i picked up at auction two weeks ago. What kind of plans does everyone have? Refurbish job? 350 mile trip to buy a crane sight-unseen from Craigslist? Thanksgiving I'm half cooking [buying already to go] since my wife just had knee surgery a couple days ago. And trying to figure out quicken for business stuff!
