Minimizing 2" Cap Toy Stock

I am trying to minimize the 2" product I carry, but still keep the 2" machines on my route.

So I'd like to find a different product-type for them in their current 2" wheel set-ups.

Anyone ever swap their 2" product with 45mm or 49mm BB (guessing 49mm would vend better out of a 2" wheel) with any success?

If you have: What product? And at what price-point?

I run 45mm balls in my 2" all the time. In fact some of my 5 way racks have the 45mm ball on top in a 20" machine instead of the typical 2" capsule. Usually set at 1.00 but swap sometimes in a .75 machine. Just make sure it doesn't vend more than 1.  Sometimes you have to relocate a spring to go over the hole a little more.  Easily done on site though.

I have never tried 49mm.

Buy 49mm "Frosted Balls" from AA, they are neon looking and almost have a glow to them. They look nice in machine and for just a few cents or more a ball than regular mix. Once I swapped to these it doubled my 2" BB sales. No joke.

So does the bouncy balls sell art the same rate or close to what 2" does? Average...

I've actually been looking at adding 45mm to my racks.

Better when put is a stand alone machine for whatever reason. 49mm is more popular it seems with the kids.

What? Are they selling? That's insane! Lol!

Nope because the machine is out of order. They have a 30 inch machine full to top with balls. So the weight is too much for the machine to vend accurate. They could use a larger baffle and it would work. But they are just getting into the bulk end of the business they will learn. They also have the small Bok Choy at a buck. And mustshe I think.
