Snackshop 4000 help

I am working on a Snackshop 4000 that seems to be loosing its prices and they all go to zero, they all can be re-set and it works fine, but after a few days, it will loose the prices again, I am thinking that its the control board that is going out, but wanted to be sure before just replacing the board. Can anyone give me some pointers for troubleshooting the problem?

Hello and welcome to the forum.  The battery on the board is soldered on as Walta said and if your light isn't the issue then you are losing power to the machine which causes the lost prices due to the bad battery or the bad board.  I have replaced the battery before and still found some boards continue to lose pricing due to an inability to charge the battery.  This then requires replacement of the board.

If you need an exchange logic board then you can send me a PM and I can get one out to you.
