testing123
I have a few of these 75 cent coin mechanisms, but I don't have any info about them. All I can see is "made in China" on the back, and no other writing. It's pretty heavy with the bottom measuring what looks like just shy of 4.25 inches. Its widest part looks to be around 5.25 inches. There are a couple of grooves on each side where it looks like it would slide into the machine. The closest mechanism I can find is for the Northwestern Series 80 machine. Is there any way to tell for sure what machine these go to? Thanks for any input you can provide! rodney69
It looks to me that those are the AA Global mechs for their 2" capsule vendor.
havending
Not AA. Maybe an off brand
musser
Lypc I think. The last lypc mechs I got (off a purchased route) I threw away because they jammed up too much
testing123
My buddy just sent me an image of the machines he said they were ordered for. The front has "Richland Industries, Inc." but I couldn't find anything about them online. Could that simply be the old route carrier? Maybe someone can recognize the machine type from the image? I believe they were Ashland or Gabriel Vending reincarnated. Not sure about it 100%. The Ashland machines are the 1" machines below the 2" machines in your picture. They still had a website a couple of years ago but I just tried it and no longer comes up. They probably had the mechs made with their name on it as did Gabriel and Ashland. I've refurbished a few of the Ashland 2" machines and they are holding up good. The Ashland 1" machines are all plastic but some people still run them. havending
Actually Ashland also made a all metal one inch machine. The metal mechs were good. But they are known for the plastic version like you said. I had hundreds of the plastic ones in the early 90s they were in NJ so it was next day delivery for me. I could buy their double heads with stand delivered less than 80.00.
