Help with Oak Vista Wheel

Wonder Vend

Recommended Posts

Hey everyone, I recently purchased my first machine, an Oak Vista with .50 mech and a "toy capsule" wheel according to the seller. What I wanted to confirm is that a capsule wheel would work for gumballs also? Thanks for the help in advance!

No that pic is of a deep candy wheel (which are obsolete anymore because they vend too much product).  Usually just the capsule wheel will work for 850 ct gumballs, but you're better off just getting a riser.  Looks like a pacman face and it sits below the dispensing wheel.  Below is what you're looking for:

I just picked up some A&As that have the deep wheel.  Do I need to replace these with the shallow wheel and brush housing for candy? Or will I be able to adjust these to vend small enough amounts?

Depends on what your vending and how much, but for most candy it will vend to much.
