Movie Stop Programming

Hi,

I have been looking into a Movie Stop DVD redemption game for sale, and I have been reading the manual online. I can't quite figure out the payout system. I just know setting a value closer to 1 means more of a challenge (lower payout) and 256 means a winner every time. Are there any dollar values or odds which can be associated with these programming numbers? If I want to make around $100 on a certain prize, what number value would best achieve that?

Thanks

The number is the time window in nanoseconds (1/1000 of a second).  That is when the row is in front you have so many nanoseconds to press the button as it goes by.  The LED display makes the game appear easier to win than it really is.  Because it is just pure timing and therefore pure skill the payout will vary some.  We have been using 2 for $25 gift cards.

Back when we were running movies we also put in games for home game systems, they were around $50 and we ran them at 1.
