CuddyBuilt
Going to pick these up later this evening, 2 curtis heads and a carousel stand for $95. Good deal? Have a picture, looks prime condition. Will try to post a pic here soon as I figure it out.

PerformaVending
Curtis machines are just Northwestern units with different chute covers. Some have the glass globes, or the "half-panel" head, but those are a liability if you're planning on using them professionally. Carousel stands are okay, granted it's got a more "standard" base and not one of those smaller ones with the feet. I guess I'd make it a point that if you're paying antique dealer prices, that you aren't getting "antiques" in the deal. Good luck!
CuddyBuilt
Yes, they are glass heads, the heads say northwestern. The are in prime (I didn't know it was gonna take 5 days to become a member) so I went ahead and purchased them, he wanted $145.00 for them. One of the quarter mech needs a new plastic peice but works none the less. I will get some pictures up when I can. I also have some more photos of possible machines for me to pick up. Thanks for all the great valuable input.

I'd think 'flipping' the glass globes would make more sense than using them, considering they're going to get beat up in a hurry.
