AMD Snacks
Hey everyone, I'm wondering if anyone knows what this design is supposed to be for on the 1800 vending triple canister. It seems like the two points are supposed to meet up like that first picture, but according to the manual the way i'm reading it, it's supposed to be more like this: In which the opening is lined up with the chute. I occasionally get locations tell me my candy (mainly my mike and ikes) sometimes doesn't dispense properly, i'm just wondering if this is adding to this problem. I know mike and ikes have that issue, but I don't ever see them sticking, so just curious.
PerformaVending
You want to line it up to the hole to guarantee a vend at the "neutral" position on the coin mech after the customer spins the handle.
AMD Snacks
So like my second pictures. That's pretty much what the manual said. So any idea what that "mark" is for? I'm calling it a mark, but it's really just a design in the plastic...

Honestly, I never paid too much attention to it.

PerformaVending
Oh ok, no worries, thanks for the reply though Sent from my SAMSUNG-SGH-I747 using Tapatalk Least I can do. You've got me curious though now too- hoping some other 1800 operators will chime in on this one if they know what the slot is there for.
deee_z
If the Mike and Ike's are vending a minuscule amount. The spacers on the inside of the pie shaped ring need to be opened. Take the canister apart and open the screws to allow more larger sized candy to fall out.
AMD Snacks
Do you mean part B in this drawing when you say spacer?
