winning123
Just out of curiosity. Has anyone noticed any changes whether good or bad when locating machines during the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year time period?
PerformaVending
Charity operators would do a little better I'd imagine, at least initially while businesses are more receptive to the "holiday giving". I'd assume most commission operators would continue as usual, avoiding major shopping days and sales events of course so as to maximize their time with managers/owners they want to talk with. I really slow down my locating efforts on "large" machines just on account of the weather here- trying to fight a machine (be it a 5-way J-stand rack or a Pepsi machine) out of storage through the snow onto a truck is unpleasant to say the least. Granted others have a similar approach as I do, you might capitalize on that. Good luck!
rodney69
You have to be careful and mindful of the times of day for the business. If you're going in person and you show up during a rush at a restaurant for instance, you're likely to never get the location. Another words,10 am is best for restaurants because they're done with breakfast, and the lead manager will probably be there.
