Hillbilly
i understand how the sales tax works. You pay on what i sell it for but what i dont understand is do you just take the money amount you collect from every machine? now its a cash business how do you stay outta the audit department? Quite a few smaller vendor do not pay it. When I started and registered with the state (WV), I was required to pay it every quarter. The state changed that to annual because of the amount. I guess they figured the lower amount didn't need to be looked at as frequently. As my sales have increased over the years I have expected that they would change it back to quarterly but it still hasn't happened yet. I have never been checked by the state. Pete Schweddy
Just bury your quarters in the back yard and then you don't have to worry.
