Chinese buffet options

Guys

I have a Chinese Buffet that I want to expand. I only have about 4 square feet of space but want to optimize the potential. I was thinking a small rack with 4 heads. What would you stock in these 4 heads if it was you for maximum profit potential? Also, could I get a small rack for this space and what would you recommend?

4 square feet as in 2' x 2'? Or 16 sq ft 4'x4'? 2" wide is a 4 way rack. If it's the other then you can go 6 or 7 way depending on set up. I'm assuming the first. I have had someone schooling me on set up's and for a 4 way it's been gum and 27mm on the bottom, 2 .50 toys on top. If you don't run bouncy balls, then 3 toys I would think.

Basically, I'm looking for the smallest universal footprint 4 head rack that I can find that will support oaks or beaver heads with 2 on top and 2 on bottom. I was going to run a triple but think maybe some of these small racks may take up the same space. The owner is concerned with space, but I think they will go for it, if it doesn't utilize much more space than I'm using now.

The smallest is like one that Eagle sells and it's about 16 or 17", but the one at AA is 18 or 19" and more stable. I'm sure there are other racks that I'm not familiar with though. There are  a lot of other vendors on here that have more experience with racks than I do.
