pjnielsen
I have A&A PM Premier and dispense 45MM bouncy balls. I am finding that the brush housing isn't big enough and is giving out 2 balls at times. Has anybody ever had this problem and is there a bigger brush housing for 45MM balls? Hillbilly
Take one of the springs on the brush and reposition it a little more over the hole. There is another screw you can use I forget which one.
PerformaVending
It's the third spring if I remember right. Good luck!
pjnielsen
So take the spring off the metal brush housing and position it to the left, which there is another place for a screw, and just screw the spring down(not being connected to the housing). Hillbilly
If I remember correctly you can stretch and attach the spring to the screw that holds the clip( to keep the wheel from raising up) that is located in the front of the machine. Inside the machine directly over the mechanism.
ED8it
A&A sells a modification to handle this exact issue.
pjnielsen
Thanks for all your inputs. I will call A & A for the parts.
mppuzzled
I'm having the same problem with my northwestern machine. Tried relocating springs under screws. Fixed my problem with giving two bouncy balls. But it is making it very difficult to turn the wheel. Did you find a solution? pjnielsen
Mine were A & A machines and I called and ordered there plate to extend the buffer. I am sure NW has one also. Extending the spring did nothing for me. I have some newer NW and they already have one so 45mm balls can't go through, but have some older ones that don't have the extra part. Hope that helps.
