shanipaqman
So, I am thinking of buying some locks from a buzz bite machine owner, but notice they only have one opening slot in the lock for the key to go in and out vs. 2 or 4 on the 1800 vending machine locks. My concern is that this would force you to tighten it too much or leave the lid too loose with only one notch opening on the lock. Any thoughts on this concern? Also, any issues with the 50 cent coin mechs fitting properly from a buzz bite onto a 1800 vending machine after changing out the sprocket? thanks
PerformaVending
Don't the Buzz Bites machines have the same machine locks as everything else out there? Unless the lock itself is shorter or threaded differently than the 1800 rod, I think it would work. I can't comment on the 50 cent mech thing. I've never done it myself, and heard plenty of stories both saying you can and that you can't- it may vary down to the variant of the machines.
