Snack Man 2000 Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 My county dump just started banning commercial dumping even though it's only boxes. AZVendor Posted August 31, 2016 Share Posted August 31, 2016 If you have a commercial rental space and some room, call a local commercial recycler and see if they will place a small dumpster in your warehouse. We did that for years and just manually loaded it and jumped on it to compact it. We then got paid for the value of the cardboard when they replaced the dumpster. For my operation I pay $20/ month for a recycler to come by once a week and pick up my cardboard. If I had more I might be able to get a recycling dumpster and get paid a little for it. You need a lot of cardboard (and a lot of space) for a compactor/bailer; your volume probably determines if you have to buy/rent or if someone will provide one for you.... if your landfill is blocking commercial then there must be other services somewhere in your area...
