I read this on the vending times site. Not sure how they would have gotten in there. Possibly someone (unwisely ) storing their medicine in a capsule and it mixed in with the toys mix? People do a lot of weird crap to either get attention, or think they can sue somebody for money. Like the syringe found in a bottle of Coke, or that part of a thumb found in Wendy's chili.
