I would like to start standardizing my fleet and I am considering a yellow/black color scheme across the board. I think this scheme will look nice with my PMM labels and product. (The product I use most)

Let me know what you all think of these 2 combinations. I know not everyone will like the two choices but just act as if these are the only 2 available and pick one. :D

I have quite a bit to say about colors and machines, but I'm going to keep my lip zipped for the moment to keep from distracting from this... :)  For now, only black and yellow exist! Black trim all the way!

Lucero,

I think I know where you want to go with that. Are you talking about the study of the best colors to illicit an "impulse buy"?

Steve

Keep in mind I'm a hypnotist :-D  Yes, psychology of colors issues.  Will start a thread in a day or so :)

Thanks guys. I ordered 2 machines this morning. The prices that you quoted where right-on. They are going to ship them out on November 30th. I have never tried single machines so this will be something new for me. I have 5 locations that have triple's and they are not doing the numbers. I now know what the best seller is so I will give them a single with that item and it will be perfect.

Thanks again.

I think the yellow body black top and bottom looks great. I kind of has that rugged 4X4 Jeep look to me for some reason. Once I saw the ones in your picture, I had to have them.

Thanks again for the information.

Just want to let you know that your e-mail doesn't seem to work from your profile page.

Black-n-Gold color scheme is totally awesome!

Here in Pittsburgh ... that would go over BIG time since the Steelers are LOVED by everyone!!

Hmm.  Maybe THAT's my niche?  (Do you have space for my Steelers machine?)

Peanut MM's with that color scheme!  ;)

I too like the black tops and gold body.  The black lid should hold up better with the inevitable nicks and scrapes the lids will get.  I am also partial to the colors since being a trans-plated Pittsburgh guy now living in the sunshine state.

With the NFL season on the horizon (not soon enough), I really wish A&A would sell specific NFL teams for their 2 inch products.  Here in Florida, it seems like no one was ever born here and thus crowds the many sports bars to see their favorite team.  I know I could sell cases of 2 inch Steeler stuff on Sundays (and a few other popular teams) for $3 a pop ($5 during playoffs).   Many times when I service an NFL machine, people come over and ask for a specific team.  Some just keep spinning the dial until they get the team they want - a very beautiful thing.  Sorry to get a bit off topic, but football and vending are two things I enjoy.  So vending the NFL stuff  is paradise to me.

Good luck with the new machines.

Oops, Just realized that this is a November post and you most likely have the machines!  The post before mine was dated in May 2008, so it looked a recent discussion.  Nothing like football and vending to make me not think as clearly!
