Oh no! are you crazy (I am not that mechanically inclined) ....I keep an extra globe home just in case anything like this happen. I can change out the candy or the wheel at home then switch it out when i get on location. I have the A&A with no cash box (newbie mistake) right now but will definitely upgrade next time around - I just don't want this part time job to become overwhelming so one step at a time. Shen

That's a SHAME:( Absolutely no email or voice? Did you pay them via credit card? If so, you can asked to be refunded or complaint for non -delivery of service. Of course all cards have a time limit and not so sure ...about 5 months... Sorry to hear about your experience Steve... SHEN

T Bird: I went with the Supreme 300 (small) and as I get more confident will try for bigger and maybe toys but these will do for now - Have a get a system first and be able to know what i am doing but i have no fear, thru practice i'll get better especially since i went with a charity, i will have to pitch that more smoothly. I love looking at these machines..there so... pretty......... SHEN

Found out today my machines were delivered. So excited to open the boxes and what a pretty sight for me ...I have both red and greens, with pipe stands but no manual to show me what to do. I need to secure the stand to the machine -- Do i need to purchase the bracket? Why did i think they were included? Oh well live and learn... I want to go out locating but i think i will wait until everything gets in and i have a completed machine. also, servicing - do you need to always have an extra globe for servicing? I've decided to vend candy and depending on how long i take to make a ROI , I will either switch or purchase more globes for Gumballs. Also - where do you store your candies? in the sealed bags, tupperware...? I shall review on this machine after placed and serviced but so far very impressed! SHEN

Great Advice Steve, spun you a quarter! Yes, I understand your spot Tay as I haven't purchased mine as yet but i think i want to try the A & A - one other problem is how much capacity should i get 8lb, 101b or 12lb. To some it may seem easy but since i will try to eliminate waste i just would rather my candy to fill up all the machines with little or none left over but I've also accepted the fact that Vending is an "ON THE JOB" training and your really never gonna know until you dip your toes in. Mistakes are inevitably but lessons they are. live n' learn ....to be the best you can be I say.... Thanks, SHEN
