Oh D**m, It wasn't Central it was the new Midwest that hasn't gotten back to me about replacing a dud loc they got me a few months ago. I've never used Central since they split from Midwest. I do not want to give out incorrect info. I was looking for the contact info to Central not Midwest. My brain is still frozen from all the snow we've been having lately here on the east side. Jax, Thanks. I've used Central since the split, but one location is a dud, and I emailed them about a replacement months ago; they never got back to me regarding this issue. I hope the new Midwest will help me with a few locs. I've tried locating myself(which I believe is the best way to go) but I do not have the talent for it. N2this

Giving quarters is better than giving out free candy; it gets the employees into the habit of putting coins into the machine. Just something I heard awhile ago and wanted to pass along. N2this

Candy? RPs I set all the candy wheels the same. Out of the three wheels only the one with the RPs is giving out the free candy. It is a great loc with kids but it won't be profitable for long. The owner is the one who told me the kids line up to get the free candy. When he is there he tells them "ok guys, I know what you're doing and knock it off." However, he is only there 10% of the time. N2this

Hello, I purchased a few 1-800 vending machines. Overall they are a pretty great machine, however, when you keep turning the coin mechs free candy comes out (approx 7 pieces of candy). Is there anything I can do, except replace the coin mech? Yes, I did tighten the screws but that only reduced the number of free candy to two pieces. Thanks in advance for any advice. N2this

Hello and Happy holidays, I purchased a used 1 800 vending machine. The loc I have in mind does not want gumballs. I looked on ebay but I do not see any candy wheels for sale. Does anyone who operate these machines know where I can purchase the candy wheel without contacting 1 800 vending. 1 800 vending only sell parts to those who bought the machines originally from them.
