  1. Should clarify I'm looking for part number if possible to find a place that will ship this to me in canada
  2. Sorry for what is probably an easy answer but I can't seem to locate a parts manual and in canada we have no distributor for wittern/usi What is the part called that has teared? I need one of these asap
  3. I hope you are right but I think the reversal may be a bit longer than a week or two. Crossing fingers
  4. On the bright side. My laundromats are up in sales. People are washing more than ever
  5. I am virtually out of business. (In toronto, canada) 98% of all stops are not open/can't get in. 75% of all due billable invoices are unpaid and nobody at customers locations to cut my cheque. Devastated to say the least.
  6. Parlevel only has an iOS app at this time. However if you have an android tablet you can just login to the main site and accomplish the same things through the browser/driver portal
  7. I was on the fence about it myself about 6 months ago. Was looking for an app that would help with my coffee delivery service. Ended up converting my entire operation over to parlevel. Customers can even order coffee and supplies directly from the website as they gave me a url and a "web store". So not only is coffee service extremey organized and easy (literally when they sign my iPad on delivery it emails an invoice auto generated to them) all of my vending machines are planographed and organized as well. Love parlevel.
  8. Turns out the black sliding piece Chris was talking about wasn't seeded correctly and had partially slipped out of its home.
  9. Yes Chris that's exactly what I mean. Not sure why I said spacer. Lol.
  10. Have a Pepsi vendo v721 almost brand new. I called Pepsi for an answer but haven't heard back yet so will post here. Pepsi cans are in column 1. Both buttons number 1 and 2 are assigned to column 1. The spacer underneath is pushed all the way forward. The depth is set to 4. Cans are obviously 4 deep in machine. First time I vend after closing door I get 2 cans. Next time 1 can. Next time 1 can. Next time no cans and get the selection unavailable on machine. What am I missing?
  11. Great thread. Love the consistent updates. How many hours a week do you spend on entire business? How many days/hours do you spend servicing?
  12. It was 6 years ago. Doubt you will ever get an update
