- More robust cabinet and controller drawer design
- vends any shape package - consistently vends 1 of any shape product including square beverages
- add/remove/ adjust shelves as needed without needing to reprogram the machine. Automatically locates shelf positions.
- standard set = 5 shelves - 45 selections - 8 deep bottle / 9 deep can = 360 bottles or 375 cans. Up to 7 shelves can be installed for "can only" totalling 567 cans.

Honor Box Location Binder Templates

These are templates (Apple Numbers and Microsoft Excel respectively) that follow the accounting model from Vending-Business-Information.com, as laid out by Dennis.
This sheet will do all of the percentage calculations for you as well as auto filling your "Route Totals" sheet. I recommend adding a new "digital binder" for every route you run.
To input a location, simply duplicate the template sheet and fill in the information from your location card. Then add that location to the formula on the "Route Totals" page and drag the new formula over all of the cells.
I hope this helps y'all avoid the confusion I faced when first starting out.

Angels' Crossing Vending Outreach Pledge Form

Introducing Angels' Crossing Vending Outreach Program
Purpose is to provide additional charities to choose from when doing charity vending.

They are local to South Texas but are interested in starting a national Vending Outreach Program in which I volunteered to help them setup.
This is a new program for them and as I helped introduce them to this idea and create this program there was one goal for this program for both the charity and for the vendor. The goal was too keep it simple.
There is a Vending Outreach Donor Pledge Form to fill out,
Then after form is sent in labels will be provided for you for your vending machines.
To help keep this simple and efficient labels will be provided and sent as a PDF and vendor can print, laminate, and use as needed. (Just keep in mind a pledge form is to be done first and also just like all Charity Vending Programs there is a lot riding on the honor system).
More literature and brochures can also be requested as needed.
$1 per month, per sticker, on location is the part of the pledge agreement, of course more is always appreciated.
Pledge Form attached and available for d/l, you can send to me or directly to charity for labels.

Uturn suggested candy settings

This is a setting list for U-turn vending machines. It gives you an idea of what to set your machines at and what will come out, pieces per vend, and appx. vends per bag.
There are a few different things that aren't completely accurate, but it's a great start!
I personally use setting 2 for M&I, 3 for HT, and 4 for P M&M for 7 pieces.
Hope this helps those of you that have U-turns.

You input number of machines, percent of cogs/expenses, cost of machines and how many gross dollars in sales you expect from each unit, and you can if you choose to add in any extra money for any month that you want for an en extra boost in growth.
