ParSal AAC 4-Inch Machine

Saw this rarity while at the Wausau mall today. The AAC didn't seem to go over with the "big" ops or the amusement ops around here, so these are pretty rare to see- let alone the weird 4" cap version. I've seen these out in the field before, but never one this close to me before.
I'm not sure if the whole machine is out of order here, or just the DBV- I didn't have 8 quarters on me to find out.
