Rack Route Sheet Microsoft Works

Here is a basic route sheet. It has space to keep an idea of product levels of each head up to 9 and also total sales and commission paid to each location. It has enough space for 12 months and a spot on the end so you can keep track of the monthly average for the stop at the end of the year. 

I took this sheet and had it printed on 110# card stock so I can keep track of my stops and keep an average of what they are doing for a longer term then just month to month.  PM me with any suggestions on how to make it better and I will see what I can do.
