Yeah I can see that. This one has been converted to a fresh brew, so it doesn't have a grinder anymore. I went up to my distributor's warehouse on two different occasions and did a couple of hours of training each time. It's definitely an intricate machine. It was a bit intimidating at first but once we went through a couple times, I started to get familiar with how it works and how to program it. I'm gonna have it for a couple weeks at my warehouse before I go set it up on location, it should be showing up early this week. The only thing that is bothering me about it is setting up the different kinds of coffee drinks. Buying stuff from Vistar is confusing because there isn't any guidance on what ingredients are for coffee vending machines, and I don't know how many different kinds of drinks i can set it up with. I know it will do hot chocolate, french vanilla, white chocolate mocha, cafe latte, english toffee, and I'm sure there is a lot more but I can't find a real list or anything that explains that. The training sessions were really just about the mechanical and programming aspects but not really about setting up flavors. I know I'll get it figured out but it has been a bit stressful so far.
