I took them out of my sega 3in1 machines and they did take 5s..Also I have some mars acceptors which I know for sure they took 5s in the past..

Hello there. I have few older dixie narco 501 and vendo and royal soda machines..They are older and they take only 1 dollar bills. I also have few mag bill acceptors which take 5 dollars bills.. When I plug them in machine still takes or recognizes only 1 dollar bill..It wont recognize All the soda machines are mdb 24v. Do I need to upgrade my prom..All machines do have computers and some have blue and some have red button.Is it hard to upgrade prom? I am not interested in cc readers because I do not sell that much in this locations but 5 dollar acceptance especially because I have them on hand..Thank you All for the input.Much appriciated..

I have older 276E dr peper machine.. It is shimless and with a single price system.. It vends 16.9 soda botlles and 24 oz costco water botlles like a charm.. Single price one whole spin on the cam.. it spins one full circle and Allways dispense a botlles in the midlle.. First and last collum is double big and is half a spin on the cam possition.. again works wonderfuly.. Never had on problem with that machine..All items single price..

You will need a new coin mech.. I have bought and refurbished about 10 of those machines and most of them had exact same problemThe board in the coin mech is bad or you have a general problem with the magnets in the coinmech-however that board in the coin mech is computer for the entire machine..You will need tcr 6800h or even better choice a coinco made coinmech.. I think its 3341-s.. I bought mine on ebay refurbished for about $140..someone made me a quote and wanted 50 plus shiping to refurbish my old one.. Key here is the new coinmech must have cables to conect to bill validator..tcr600 has none so its a basically coin only... Now at this point I will tell you DN276 is best soda machine in the industry.in my oppinion. Its shimless perfectly narrow for most of my locations,and 100 percent accurate..2can depth is wonderfull. Do not be afraid of the age because they can last for decades..I only buy and refurbish those machines..ever since I discover them.. if you can upgrade that ba30b or mei2511 bill validator to accept 1and 5s you are in business..for a long painless time.. I just did that on one of my Glasco machines.. it takes about 2 hr but it can be done yourself.. start with a small drillbit than go larger and larger until is out.. than replace it with a lock and a new key.. i bought mine for 8 dollars on ebay..T handle wont be destroyed.. Hope that helps

Hello there. I have about 10 of the Coinmechs Mars6800H for single price vending machine. All of them are bad and I collected them throughout the years.. I was wondering is there is a comon failure part in the board that is prone to fail..Most of my coinmechs have not broken coin acceptance magnets and I watched a youtube video on how to calibrate them.. However it does not help.. There must be a diode or resistor or capacitor in that board that goes bad but I could not find any info on that..(I know for example that vn2511 bill validator has a one bad spot in the board and that is a capacitor 470mf 35v and I soder and fixed several of them)...this mars6800h are relativly spendy in refurbished condition-but I know it is not Rocket Science and there is a comon problem due to age or use.. Anyone knows anything about that.? Every input is Greatly Appreciated..Thank you..

Hello there. I have this old Cavalier soda vending machine from the 90is.single price. Funny thing is it works great.. Never gets stucked and I can put like 200 cans which makes it once a month service trip.. Now,when I bought this machine and this location,about 3 years ago bill validator was broken. It was one of those old bill validators..I disconected and took out bill validator because I could not even find one to replace it..So I just have coins which work great.. Right next to this machine is a litlle usi snack machine and people get change there.. Now,I am reading that there are conversion cables.. I am wondering what would take to convert this machine to a BA30B bill validator..Is it safe? Am I going to fry main board if I do so? I do have an extra ba30b bill validator,and if possible I would put it to work.. Any thoughts or ideas? I appriciate every input.. Thank you
