  1. I have a 2002 Royal Vendors 650.  The machine error today happened as follows:  Money went in but didn't vend.  Customer told me it took money but wouldn't refund him.  When I got to machine the greeting "ice cold" and current temp "34F" was not flashing as usual.  It was stuck on 33F.  Pushing a selection button would not reveal the price.  I could hear the compressor still working.  I unplugged it for 15 seconds and when I plugged it back in the compressor kicked on, bill validator had its little green lights on, but the LED display didn't do its little startup scroll test nor did the use correct change light blink.  Waited half hour and unplugged again.  This time LED was totally dark and no activity except for the bill validator.  Compressor didn't start.  Waited 2 hours, punched the front of the cabinet plugged back in again and LED works and finally scrolls "Out of Order"  Now I open the machine, push the blue button, reset the error code for the useless health sensor, clear the frig code, shut the door and now it reads 57F.  I know that's wrong so I reopen the door, wiggle the temp gauge connector, shut the door and bingo I have 35F ice cold on the LED.  Test with money and it vends again.   The QUESTION is:  Now the LED display scrolls: Ice, Cold, 34F, and for a split second it reads what looks like "44".  Have you ever seen this before and should I be worried?  One more thing, how warm or hot should the transformer feel and should it be buzzing?  Thanks for reading this small book I just wrote!
