  1. The drop sensor board should be black and brown wires but it uses MDB voltage so it should be 34VDC. There is also a test you can run using the white and orange wires to narrow down which board is the issue. But you will have to ask vendnet as it has been to long and I don't remember the sequence to do it.
  2. It appears to be a version of the All Around Vending machine from Australia. https://www.allroundvending.com.au/ If you view the training video on the cooling system they appear to be the same.
  3. I see my error you want them to be able to select ice 3 times I thought it was a second button that gave 3 automatically.
  4. First off one of your problems is you are trying to have the coin changer recognize 2 different prices, however the changer installed is only a single price coin changer so that will not work. You would need a 4 price changer but it is unkown whether the 4 price changer would work. Could it be done? Yes as I have made single price machines work with 4 price changers before in order to sell specialty coffee blends in single price machines. The 50 cent change is a different issue and I am unsure why it would be doing that as the single price mech should still recognize the $5 credit and payback accordingly.
  5. @JustMackOne other thing - I can't buy into Vendnets assessment that it is a wiring issue and believe you would just be wasting money. The reason I don't believe it, is that both cans are dropping at the same time and then the motor stops. What that means to me is that something is holding the first can up and not letting it drop. If it is a drop sensor issue it will dispense 1 can then a second or two later it will drop the other can. It could be the anti tip finger or even the side panels may be bent a little. You could try changing it to single depth to see if the motor works correctly if it does than you can be pretty sure it's not a wiring issue. Another thing to try would be to make a test vend and then knock on the delivery chute before anything drops to see if the motor stops correctly. Just my 2 cents
  6. Yes cvending is correct there are the anti tip fingers which if bent or stuck will cause double vending with the symptom being that both cans will fall at the same time. I can't believe vendnet didn't mention this first. They even have a bulletin on it. Of course they let me go almost 4 years ago so maybe they aren't on the machines anymore. Sorry I could not attach the pdf so I cut the instructions out of it.
  7. USI has a outdoor snack/drink machine.
  8. Tim that is a great dream one I have had many times in the past. My wife does not want to move to a small town though so it will never happen for me. Hope it comes true for you. Lance
  9. The company I worked for in the late 90's early 2000's provided them and they were a pain in the backside. At the time we charged $35 a month for them and we installed them ourselves on our dime. We ran Oasis coolers which we purchased direct that filtered the water using 4 different filters. In my opinion they are not worth the hassle as you have to change the filters at at least a couple of times a year maybe more depending on usage. Plus the drip trays and other areas build up lime scale especially if you have the heated tap. The customer expects you to clean them and will call constantly that the cooler needs to be sanitized. The drip trays can only be cleaned so many times. So plan on replacing them also to keep the customer happy. If I had to provide this service I would contract it out to a company that specializes in them.
  10. You can turn the 3053 Lance machine on free by entering the service mode then press 11 should say options then press F should say Free XXX (with the XXX being the currently set free number) change the current XXX by using the number keys to set this to 1 (may need to be 001 I don't recall for sure) then press 10 to save it. Now the screen should say Free on Us or something similar.
  11. I would say it is a model 204 Lektrovend which would have less selection buttons than the one in the brochure.
  12. I would say the compressor is unplugged from the wall or the power cord is cut. The power for the drink dispensing comes from the snack machine. The refrigeration power comes from a separate plug going to the 3038. The evap fans get their power before the cold control so they should always be running the only thing to turn them off would be the refer power cord is unplugged or damaged.
  13. You will need to have the bevmax scan the motors on the 137 before they will work. I will try to upload the programming later today.
  14. The Crane 137 is a rebranded Automatic Products 937 and was designed to work with a BevMax 2 they were manufacture from September 2007 to June 2010. Not sure if they continued the programming for it on future versions of Bevmax or not. I doubt it as not many 137/937 where built. There should be a MDB harness coming out of the 137 which you would route into the Bevmax and plug it into J16 on the controller. The harness from the 137 should have a male 6 bin MDB plug and a Female 6 pin MDB plug. You plug the male plug into J16 on the controller if there is a harness plugged in that spot already power the machine down then unplug that harness and plug the 137 harness into it. Then plug whatever you unplugged into the female harness of the 137 harness then power back up
  15. Hi Chris - Long time no talk, I don't come around here much anymore since I am no longer in the traditional vending side of the business. I've been out of it to long to have much insight on frozen vending any longer.
  16. Agreed but Vendo Mike mentioned he couldn't think of any Carousel frozen machines so I thought I would mention them.
  17. By 3 wide I assume you mean either a standalone 3532 or 3576 and not a satellite machine. Does it say the motor number and then Short? I don't recall an error message that just said short but I haven't been working there for several years now so it could be a newer error that I haven't seen. A motor number than Short error usually means you have a tray harness wire shorted to ground somewhere, most likely on the back of one of the trays but it could be in the main harness itself. You could start by removing all of the trays but one then force a scan of the motors then test a selection on that tray and see if one tray works, if it does keep adding trays back in 1 at a time to see when it quits working. Other than that you could try using a meter on each of the tray wires in the machine one lead on the wire the other to ground to see which wire is shorted.
  18. As Angry Chris said just bend the tabs flat. I used to do this and it worked fine.
  19. What color are the motor cases? Look at all of them in the machine, you should not have any that are white and black (sometimes the black looks gray). If you find any white/black that is your problem. The white/black motors are for the LCM series only. Originally the motors on the 110 series where white. Funny you where typing at the same time I was.
  20. I believe this is the correct settings for the Currenza SMV validator
