  1. I believe he is trying to run a MDB coin mech with a 110v validator. I've had a coupld of these set up this way. I believe as AngryChris mentioned, you need to check the option switches on your validator. Typically it is the pulse settings that you need to find the proper combination for.
  2. Henan Mei 7512 develop some sort of electrical problem in this machine last week. I think I was a bad low level tube sensor. Every time I went out to check the machine it would give me an error saying the B tube was empty I would reset the machine and it would work fine for a day or two and then have another problem. I replaced the coin mech last week and just got a call that machine is not giving proper change. Has anyone developed strange problems with the Vendors Exchange kits? 4. I'm installing on an identical machine very soon. Did you flush mount the reader and notch the door for it to fit through?
  5. I made my own calorie stickers and put them on the labels along with the appropriate quantity label.
  6. If you can, let me know.
  7. I've put readers in machines identical to these. On some I've mounted the standard reader above the display, drilling the holes and mounting it right to the face. (If you drill holes tape a piece of paper above the display so metal shavings don't fall behind it.) On others I've use and MEI CC mask. Either way works well. I don't like drilling machines so the mask is my preference.
  8. Make sure your clips on either side of the tray are in good working order. If they don't latch properly it won't hold the tray against the contacts.
  9. By the way when I say corrupted eprom it was on the control board. So the whole board had to be sent in. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  10. I had something very similar occur on the exact same machine. If I'm not mistaken it was a corrupted eprom. I had to send it in to S Thomas & Associates to be replaced. It was a long time ago but if I remember correctly it flashed up a whole bunch of numbers continuously as well. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  11. I am surprised how depressed our market prices are. The very large Aramark type company here in town only very recently raised prices to $1
  12. We only use AMS for cold food. They're great machines. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  13. What company did you buy the readers from?
  14. Ha ha! I lubricated all the linkages with silicone and actuated it a number of times. It works good now. However I've noticed over the past several years that the linkages are becoming worn. The machine looks great but I may have to consider putting a new door on it or just replacing the delivery bucket linkages if I can still get those. Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
  15. The bucket is getting stuck open. not sure what to do Sent from my SGH-M919 using Tapatalk
