  1. I use a F150 w/ 8ft bed and Tommy Gate. Godd for moving 2 machines at a time. For larger moves we use Penske Rentals. Las t 2 m oves were in a 18 ft truck and a 26 ft truck with 4 ft lift gate. Moves were both under 100 miles and both cost less than $150 including mileage, plus fuel.
  2. My earlier post was to determine if the cup empty switch was being held closed. If it thinks it is out of cups it will not vend that size cup.
  3. Does it try to dispense the cup? Does the cup motor run at all? Was it working previously?
  4. It sounds like the vend drop sensors are not working. It does not see the item deliver si it keeps trying to vend and then marks that selection empty.
  5. aires, you will want to use the 300 note stacker/bill box as the 500 will be too deep to fit in alotted space.
  6. make sure they are the correct size. 12 oz cans won't work with 8.4 oz shims
  7. Since it is now coin only I would suggest adding a CC reader. That way you willalso be able to add some higher priced items such as Monster or C4. Plus you will be able to track your sales by item.
  8. Are you plsanning on visiting each machine every night to change over the payments system?
  9. Check the door switch. If it is bad the compressor will not turn on
  10. I would first check out the door switch with a meter.
  11. It sounds like you lost the connection to the shelf. I have not seen that machine before. Is it a revision door upgrade on an older machine? If so, what door or board is it? The door hinges really trhrow me off
  12. We have had issues with tose. The bolts that fasten the bottom hinge plate became loose. When tightening be careful to not over tighten. They will strip out fairly easily. Also check alignment of the cage nut assembly. Once door is out of alignment, the T-handle does not align properly and can bend the houising bracket that holds the cage nut.
  13. D&S Vending has them.... https://www.dsvendinginc.com/p-1337-d13900003-ap-117-volt-transformer.aspx
  14. There may be asset tags on the machine by which the bottlers track their equipment. There shoiuld also be mfg. data plates on the hinge side of the door. Serial number will be on them. Call your local bottler and ask them if they have them on their books.
