  1. It sounds like the vend drop sensors are not working. It does not see the item deliver si it keeps trying to vend and then marks that selection empty.
  2. aires, you will want to use the 300 note stacker/bill box as the 500 will be too deep to fit in alotted space.
  3. make sure they are the correct size. 12 oz cans won't work with 8.4 oz shims
  4. Since it is now coin only I would suggest adding a CC reader. That way you willalso be able to add some higher priced items such as Monster or C4. Plus you will be able to track your sales by item.
  5. Are you plsanning on visiting each machine every night to change over the payments system?
  6. Check the door switch. If it is bad the compressor will not turn on
  7. I would first check out the door switch with a meter.
  8. It sounds like you lost the connection to the shelf. I have not seen that machine before. Is it a revision door upgrade on an older machine? If so, what door or board is it? The door hinges really trhrow me off
  9. We have had issues with tose. The bolts that fasten the bottom hinge plate became loose. When tightening be careful to not over tighten. They will strip out fairly easily. Also check alignment of the cage nut assembly. Once door is out of alignment, the T-handle does not align properly and can bend the houising bracket that holds the cage nut.
  10. D&S Vending has them.... https://www.dsvendinginc.com/p-1337-d13900003-ap-117-volt-transformer.aspx
  11. There may be asset tags on the machine by which the bottlers track their equipment. There shoiuld also be mfg. data plates on the hinge side of the door. Serial number will be on them. Call your local bottler and ask them if they have them on their books.
  12. here are the instructions for setting pricing in a AP 933: Mode 20 – Price Assignment Mode 20 is used to assign the standard price for all selections in the machine. To access this mode, press the Service Switch, then use the Set Price Fast Track Key or press 20 on the numeric keypad. Pressing either the ◄ or ► key will allow you to toggle back and forth between the fields. Use the numeric keypad to enter the price in Field A, then toggle to Field B to assign the current price to a selection. To exit this mode, press the C key or press the Service Switch. Note ♦ The maximum price allowed is $99.99. Special Actions ♦ Setting selections with a blank price disables that selection which means DEX information will no longer be transferred or displayed for items disabled in this way. The blank price is set by depressing the # Key. ♦ The * key can be used as a wildcard in Field B to set entire rows (12*) or the entire machine (1**). ♦ After assigning the prices, make sure you adjust the scrolling price tabs to reflect the current or new price. You can use the ◄ or ► key while in the operate mode with the door open to check the prices in the machine.
  13. Our current unit is undercounting the dimes only. With the amount of coins we are receiving nowadays, can't really justify a new counter. We are now using an older back up counter for the dimes only.
  14. Hello everyone. We are looking at replacing our currect coin counting machine but not having much luck finding a reseller for such. Anyone have a contact orrecommendation as to where we can find one? Thanks
  15. Keith, I would first check all the connections to the board. Power off machine and remove and reconnect all harnesses o the board. Also disconnect you bill validator and coin mech. Then poe=wer up again. If the machine seems normal, power down and add the bill validator back into the loop. If still good, power down and add the coin mech basck in. One of those MAY be the issue. If none of this helps, call VENDNET USA and they can sell you the correct board. 800-833-4411
  16. AZ is right. They are probably the factory Gum/Mint selections. Usually the first 2 left hand selections on bottom candy shelf
  17. Remove the billbox and loweer unit. Clean everything inside. If you can blow out with air. Check all connections/plugs for secure fit. Power down and back up and test.If this doesn't help you may need to send in for service.
  18. Have you double checked your serial number to be sure you did not make a mistake?
  19. Have you tried to call National Vendors Tech services? They can help you by walking through the testing sequence. The "CTRL PWR OUT" error code is telling you the machine has been powered down. This should be normal as you need to power down machine to replace the components you described in you message. My guess is that you have a bad product sensor. Let Crane National determine that for you when youy call. 800-628-8363. Be prepared to be on phone for a while
  20. All boards are subject to the environment in which they are used. A BevMax 2 is not a recent model so the board can be dated.
  21. Did this just start to happen? Has it worked properly before now? Could be a set up issue or credit issue, Does it display the correct amount deposited before attempting to vend?
  22. Make it a habit to clear all errors at each machine visit. Press the service button twice. Then press A and display should read list errors. Press * and scroll through all errors. That should erase all stored errors.
  23. That second do;;y in the video is called a "Snack Buddy". We havew one and it is freat for moving machine short distances or in/out of a bank of equipment
