  1. Thanks for the responses. We've been trying to reach Royal vending technical support with no success this week. I don't know what the problem is there. Our tech said that the harness wires are connected solidly, so that isn't the issue, unfortunately.

  4. We are having problems with this machine. After the item is selected, the cup vend mechanism tries to find the location but can't get to the right spot to vend any items. I'm not sure what parts to order. Has anyone had this issue before? The machine is in a hotel so time is of the essence. Any help would be appreciated, thanks! Rob
  5. Newer DN 3800 stops cooling

Thanks to both of you for your thoughts. I'm thinking that it's probably a faulty door switch, which I will try replacing first. Hopefully that will solve the problem. We have a snack machine right next to it that also takes cards so it would be unlikely that it's a faulty card reader.
  6. Hi there, I'd love some help with this. This machine is new as of January, 2017. Twice in the past week the card reader has said offline by vendor, it won't take money by credit cards or cash, and isn't cooling. We go into service mode, hold the two white door buttons in and we can hear the refrigeration start and the machine working. Has anyone had this issue, and if so, can you tell me what part is needed? Thanks so much! Rob
  7. Turns out the board is fine. It turns out that the tech forgot to check one of the cables, which was disconnected. Sheesh! Thanks for your reply and reaching out.
  8. We ran into a problem trying to change prices on this machine today. After adding an energy drink at 2.25, when we tried to increase other prices the entire pricing reset to .00, and I haven't been able to adjust it. If anyone can help with what I should try, I'd appreciate it. Thanks!
  9. Okay, thanks for the advice. Do you know where I would get the materials? Smittys is our local vending parts company here, but I'm not sure if they would sell that.
  10. There is a stain on the lower plastic on our National 147 snack machine which we recently moved into a location. I have tried cleaning it with warm soap and water and C-L-R without success. I've tried shining it with WD 40... again, no luck. I'm wondering if we will need to strip it down and repaint, or if there is a stronger cleaner or degreaser that will remove it. It looks like a raw egg stain, but I doubt that is it. It's about 4x3 inches, so it is pretty noticeable. Any help would be appreciated, thanks, Rob
  11. Thanks, Scott! Would you be able to get all of the parts off a scrap machine? I want to make this as inexpensive as possible. The bill acceptor kit already has me in deeper than I wanted to be!

However, we cannot close the door without these parts. Here are the parts needed from the original manual. If anyone has a 145 that is being used for parts, we are looking for these, and would be happy to work out a payment. We have not been able to find them locally so far. 14. Thanks for your reply Walta, but exactly where will that switch be? I will have to direct the person by email, text, or by phone. Rob
  15. We have a very strange situation. We recently sold and delivered 2 working AP7600's to a manufacturing plant about 90 miles away Upon testing the machines, we had no issues. However, the new owner has told me that BOTH machines will only take the first dollar when making a purchase. When a second dollar is inserted (to make a 1.50 purchase, for example) the bill is rejected. It only takes coins from that point. I have tried to troubleshoot by having them empty the coin mech and hand feed the coins into the coin slot to purchase so that the mechanism recognizes that it is being filled. I am assuming that the bills are not getting stuck and that the bills are not bad, Is there anything else I should suggest? We don't have the manual and the text messages are time consuming and becoming quite a nuisance!
