  1. Thanks for the input. If I run across anything, I will post.
  2. #1. I've also tried to work with Jamaal at Seaga. I have been shipped the incorrect brew group twice. I sent a photo of the brew group that I need, and was told Seaga does not have that brew group in stock. I was also informed that Seaga will not be getting any more Saeco parts, and they will no longer handle Saeco parts once their current inventory is gone. Has anyone else been told this? #2. I have two machines with leaking issues on the swivel joints on the backside of the boiler. I have repaired one, but now I am not getting the last two ounces of water on my coffee beverages. Hot chocolate & french vanilla work fine. Any ideas?
  3. I had to repair an elbow on the backside of the boiler.  Reinstalled using photos taken prior to removing the boiler.

I now have the issue of steam coming through the brew group at the end of the cycle.  I consistently get 3/4 of a cup, but as I said, the last ounce or so comes out as steam.

The boiler did sit for several months before I re-installed it.  I am not in a cold climate.

I'm now thinking the electro valve coffee group between the boiler and the brew group is not working properly.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks.

  4. Great Dane, are you still out there?  Hopefully you can give me some advice.

  5. In case anyone is reading this thread, I found a minimal amount of corrosion on the front board, replaced that board and the machine is up and running.
  6. OK, so it is my turn with the NO LINK message. The machine was working fine, then suddenly, NO LINK. I have replaced both boards, tried working coin changers, bill acceptors, and disconnected the card reader. The machine will vend free, but does not accept payment of any type.
  7. Thanks Greatdane for all the info. 1. Taped the dreg drawer micro-switch down with Gorilla brand duct tape. 2. The new HV08622 cups have a heavier lip and a smoother seam. So far, so good. Wolfmother and all: Original post on page 12 regarding 2012 programming chip in 2010 machine. I was able to change from Italian language to English with no problem, but I was still having issues with other systems. After two weeks of tinkering, I finally bit the bullet and used the 2012 transfer chip. I encountered one problem, the flowmeter kept "kicking" off on black coffee. I took a wild guess due to the two motor/pump system and reprogramed the beverage recipe. Black coffee had to be changed to 000C(for 2010 machine) instead of 001C(for 2012 machine). I ended up resetting all recipes on the 2010 machine to taste more like the 2012 recipes, since this is a multi-location account with many patrons going all locations. While resetting the recipes, I also reset button locations to match the 2012 button layout and changed button 5 to espresso only. Have a cold and merry one!
  8. Just picked up the new cups yesterday. The HV08622 cup has a smoother seam and a heftier roll at the top of the cup. New question. Has anyone bypassed the dreg drawer micro-switch? The switch is not in the newer models.
  9. Thanks Greatdane. Found the cups through Master Wholesale and will be picking them up Monday. Will let everyone know how they work.
  10. Thanks for the help. We have been using Vistar as our wholesale supplier. We will see if they can order #HV08622 cups.
  11. Wife says "HELP!". We are getting calls almost daily. Our cups are not dropping and then jamming on several of the SG 200 Rubino machines purchased in early 2012. We have re-aligned cams, reset the cup carousel, and fluffed our cups. Using International Paper SVR-8 Champagne. I have noticed that the vertical seam on the cup is slightly lifted and may be causing the cups to catch or "lock up." Has anyone ever had a bad run of cups? Are we the only ones with cup problems?
  12. We did receive a user manual. This machine is set up different than the newer models and will have to read up on the preselection options. New to me.
  13. Thanks for the help on changing the language. It worked perfectly!
  14. Newbie to Vendiscuss. 1. Just purchased 2 machines (2010 SG 200's) that had already been set up but not used (10 & 12 vends). The machines were set up in Italian. I've reviewed the forum, but never saw a solution of Italian to English. 2. Did not get the original VM chip. Will our 2012 chip work on 2010 machines? Can we re-program the machines with the 2012 chip? 3. It would be great if Jim Lake went to Seaga!
